TERMS & CONDITIONS
By proceeding to engage the services rendered by SubmitKar, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider,” the Client irrevocably accepts and consents to be bound by the entirety of these Terms and Conditions, constituting a legally binding accord governing the interactions and obligations between both parties. It is strongly advised that the Client thoroughly examines and understands each stipulation, clause, and provision articulated herein, as ignorance of these terms shall not absolve the Client from compliance.
1. Commitment to Timeliness and the Contingency of Refunds
The Service Provider pledges to undertake all reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that completed work is delivered within the predetermined and mutually agreed-upon deadline. In circumstances wherein the Service Provider fails to meet said deadline, due solely to factors under its direct and exclusive control, the Client shall be entitled to a reimbursement equivalent to the total amount remitted. Such reimbursement shall only be applicable if the cause of delay is attributable exclusively to the Service Provider’s own actions or inactions, without interference from external contingencies.
- Caveat Emptor: The Client must acknowledge and accept that eligibility for any such refund is strictly limited to delays arising from issues entirely within the Service Provider’s purview. Any postponement induced by the Client’s own actions, including but not limited to belated provision of essential materials, belated revisions to the initial brief, or insufficiently clear instructions, shall preclude the Client from receiving any form of compensation or refund.
2. Quality Disclaimer and Limited Remedial Provisions
While the Service Provider endeavors, within the bounds of practicality and reasonable effort, to maintain a standard of quality and professionalism in all rendered services, it is to be explicitly noted that refunds are not granted on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with quality. The Service Provider employs a multitude of proprietary methods, advanced AI tools, and premium resources to ensure each assignment is crafted with due diligence; however, the Client must acknowledge the inherent subjectivity in academic satisfaction, which precludes the issuance of refunds for perceived quality discrepancies.
- Revision Policy: The Client may submit requests for up to two (2) rounds of adjustments or modifications that pertain exclusively to minor aspects of the completed work, provided such requests are consistent with the original instructions. Any request for substantial modifications, or for adjustments that diverge materially from the initial assignment brief, shall incur an additional charge as determined by the Service Provider.
3. Policies Governing Alterations and Modifications of Scope
The Client is encouraged to communicate any adjustments to the scope, depth, or details of the assignment with utmost promptitude, ideally at the earliest possible juncture. It should be noted that modifications introduced subsequent to the initiation of work on the assignment may necessitate both supplementary fees and recalibration of the initial completion timeframe.
- The Service Provider retains the unequivocal right to decline any request for alterations deemed substantial or infeasible once the assignment has progressed beyond a certain point or reached near completion. Such determinations shall be made solely at the discretion of the Service Provider.
4. Commitment to Originality and Non-Plagiarism Assurance
The Service Provider asserts that all assignments and deliverables are crafted with an uncompromising commitment to originality, subjected to multiple layers of scrutiny via advanced plagiarism detection mechanisms. Nonetheless, the Client assumes full responsibility for final verification of originality as may be required by any specific guidelines or regulations imposed by their respective academic institution.
- Exclusions: It is incumbent upon the Client to acknowledge that the Service Provider’s plagiarism guarantee does not extend to instances where issues arise from sources, references, or materials provided by the Client, or from other mandatory sources specified by the Client.
5. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Limited Disclosure Agreement
SubmitKar is fully committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all Client-related information, including but not limited to assignment details, personal identifiers, and transactional data. The Service Provider undertakes not to disclose any such information to unauthorized third parties.
- Limited Portfolio Disclaimer: Notwithstanding the above, the Service Provider reserves the right to utilize anonymized excerpts or exemplars of completed assignments, subject to the Client’s express or implied consent, solely for the purpose of portfolio enhancement or for promotional display on our official digital platforms.
6. Remuneration Policies and Payment Terms
The Service Provider shall commence work on the assignment only upon the successful confirmation of payment, either in full or in part as per prior arrangement. Any requests for additional work, modifications, or last-minute adjustments that diverge from the original assignment instructions shall be subject to additional fees and may also necessitate an extension of the original delivery timeline.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments remitted by the Client shall be deemed final, irrevocable, and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances relating to the non-fulfillment of the agreed deadline as specified in Clause 1.
7. Use of Third-Party AI Tools and Specialized Software
SubmitKar integrates an extensive suite of advanced artificial intelligence applications, premium tools, and proprietary software solutions, including but not limited to Grammarly Premium, ChatGPT Pro, Turnitin, and Canva Pro, to enhance the overall quality, coherence, and originality of the delivered content. By engaging our services, the Client consents to the deployment of these tools as an integral component of the assignment development process.
- Disclaimer of Tool-Specific Guarantees: The Service Provider does not purport to guarantee that the outputs generated through these tools will conform to specific Client expectations or external grading standards beyond the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability for Academic Consequences
SubmitKar expressly disclaims any and all liability for penalties, disciplinary measures, academic repercussions, or grading implications that may arise from the submission of assignments by the Client. Services rendered by the Service Provider are intended for reference, instructional assistance, and as supplemental resources only. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring that usage of these services complies with the academic integrity guidelines prescribed by their respective educational institution.
9. Right to Terminate Service and Conditions of Reimbursement
SubmitKar reserves the unconditional right to decline service or terminate any ongoing engagement with the Client at its sole discretion, particularly in instances where there is reason to believe that the Client may be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if there is suspicion of misuse, fraudulent intent, or any other action inconsistent with the principles and policies of the Service Provider.
- Partial Refunds for Terminated Services: In cases where termination is initiated by SubmitKar prior to the completion of the assignment, partial refunds may be considered on a pro-rata basis, strictly for portions of the service not rendered.
Acknowledgment and Consent to Terms
By proceeding with the procurement of services from SubmitKar, the Client hereby acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Service Provider reserves the exclusive right to amend, revise, or otherwise alter these terms at any time, with the proviso that substantive changes shall be communicated to the Client in an expedient manner.
